What products does Koalaty Research offer?
We exclusively provide SR-17018.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. The best way is through the WhatsApp widget on the site, or by replying directly to your order confirmation email. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Chime, Zelle, and Bitcoin. If you have any issues or need help making your payment, please contact us through the WhatsApp link on the site.
Do you accept credit cards or any other payment methods?
At this time, we do not accept credit cards due to regulatory constraints related to this product category. However, we are actively exploring additional payment options and will update them as they become available.
How do I send Bitcoin payment?
Please send your Bitcoin payment to the wallet address shown on the checkout page. Before submitting your order, paste your own wallet address in the order notes. This allows us to confirm your payment and match it to the correct order.
You can either scan the QR code at checkout or copy the Bitcoin wallet address directly. Make sure you are sending BTC only to the exact address provided at checkout.
How do I pay with Bitcoin using Cash App, Venmo, or Coinbase?
If you are paying with Bitcoin through Cash App, Venmo, or Coinbase, the general process is: buy BTC in the app, open the send or transfer option, and send it to the Bitcoin wallet address shown on our checkout page.
Cash App
- Open Cash App and go to the Money tab
- Tap Bitcoin
- Tap the arrows button
- Choose Send Bitcoin
- Paste our checkout BTC wallet address or scan the QR code
- Enter the amount and confirm the transaction
Venmo
- Open Venmo and go to the Crypto tab
- Select Bitcoin and buy the amount you want to send
- If needed, wait until the BTC becomes available for transfer
- Tap the transfer arrows in the bottom right corner and choose Send
- Paste our checkout BTC wallet address or scan the QR code
- Enter the amount and confirm the send
Coinbase
- Open Coinbase and select Send
- Choose Bitcoin (BTC)
- Enter the amount you want to send
- Paste our checkout BTC wallet address into the recipient field
- Preview the transaction and confirm the send
Important: before placing your order, paste your own sending wallet address into the order notes so we can match the BTC transaction to the correct order quickly and accurately.
Always double-check the wallet address before sending. Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed once submitted.
Shipping & Tracking
Do you offer same-day shipping? What is the cutoff time?
Yes, we make every effort to ship orders placed before 3:00 PM the same day. However, this is an internal target and is not guaranteed.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer USPS Priority, UPS 2-Day, and UPS Next Day Overnight.
Which shipping option is best?
In our experience, UPS tends to provide more timely updates and is generally more reliable. However, all available shipping options are listed at checkout so you can choose what works best for you.
I have not received a confirmation email or tracking number. What should I do?
If you have not received an email after submitting your payment, please check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may filter out our messages. If you find our email in spam, please add us to your accepted sender list.
For immediate order status updates and tracking information, you can also use our integrated AI chatbot on the homepage. Simply click the Koala icon in the bottom right corner, enter your order number, and you will receive an instant update on your order status and tracking number.

Discounts & Reviews
Do you offer any discounts?
We often run a 10% discount using code 10OFF. For additional discounts, we recommend joining our Discord. You may also be able to earn discounts by engaging with our socials and posting reviews.
How do I get a discount for posting a review on Reddit?
If you post a review in r/SR17018SourceReview, send us a screenshot through WhatsApp or by email and we’ll reply with your discount code.
Order Claims Policy
What is your policy for damaged, missing, or incorrect orders?
To file a claim for a damaged, missing, or incorrect order, you must submit an uncut unboxing video within 48 hours of the delivery time shown by the carrier. Photos will not be accepted.
Your unboxing video must:
- Begin with a full view of all sides of the unopened package
- Include you stating your name, the date, and your order number
- Clearly show the packing slip
- Show the package being opened on camera
- Clearly display all contents received
- Make all items fully visible
- Identify any items that are missing, damaged, or incorrect
After submission, please allow up to 24 hours for Customer Service to review your claim.
Because of repeated fraudulent claims, this process is required for all order issue investigations. Any customer found submitting a fraudulent claim will be permanently barred from ordering from us in the future.
